A bit on the expensive side, but this is what my mom always requests. For her birthdays or Christmas. She really loves this stuff and is a big fan of it.

For more than a year, I've been using Gratiae products, and honestly, I can't get enough of them. The Lifting Facial Serum and the AHA Cleansing and Peeling Foam are my favorites. My skin feels and looks amazing after I use them. The shipping was fast, and a courier brought my orders right to my door. Plus, it's a nice touch that they include a lovely gift with every package. The customer support team is super helpful and quickly addresses any problems. Thanks a bunch!

Gratiae mentions on their site that they allow refunds for purchases made at kiosks. One of our family members, who has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and experiences manic episodes, spent over $11,000 during one of those times. We attempted to return the items the very next day, but the kiosk refused to assist us. We then contacted Gratiae's Customer Service, but they haven't been much help either. This young couple is struggling to handle an $11K overdraft. A little compassion and understanding would really highlight this company's ethics and values.

This product is really good, but man, it’s just way too pricey at the shopping center. I forked out £120 for the mask gel and moisturizing cream! That’s just crazy when you can grab it online for about £23 for one item. I’d say steer clear of buying it at the shopping center if you can.

I began to feel pretty negative about the delivery service after placing my order on April 4th and not seeing anything by April 21st. I reached out to customer support via email, but their response ended up in my junk folder, so I missed their attempt to get in touch.
